Job summary

Agrifutures in Western Australia is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the day-to-day engineering, maintenance and reliability performance of a large-scale Perth site, with a focus on uptime and mean time between failures.

You will manage an annual maintenance budget around $2M, lead CapEx project delivery, coordinate external OEMs and contractors, drive improvements through a capital investment program, respond to breakdowns out-of-hours, and ensure strict site safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High-speed manufacturing background with leadership, maintenance and reliability expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering, maintenance and reliability performance to maximise uptime.
• Manage an annual maintenance budget of ~$2M and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare capital forecasts and deliver approved CapEx projects with support from head-office resources.
• Lead project delivery across equipment upgrades, installations, commissioning and ramp-up, coordinating OEMs/contractors.
• Respond to significant breakdowns, provide out-of-hours support, and own site-level safety compliance.
