• Bachelor of Engineering is required and relevant to project engineering.
• Experience in construction, mining or heavy industry is essential.
• Strong planning, cost control and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support engineering activities.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for project stakeholders.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Support procurement activities including supplier and subcontractor coordination.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with supervisors, trades, and project teams.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Identify project risks and assist with developing solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project processes and delivery.
