Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering operational projects in complex environments.
• Experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple priorities within demanding environments.
• Knowledge of railway, metro or public transport systems, or experience in comparable operational environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyse information, solve problems and develop practical, customer-focused solutions.
• Strong planning, organisational and reporting capabilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement, integrity and accountability.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance network performance across metro lines.
• Coordinate strategic, tactical and operational interfaces across railway and public transport systems to support project delivery.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefings and recommendations for senior leaders and governance forums.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify operational requirements and resolve issues.
• Support the integration of customer information and operational systems across Sydney Metro and Transport for NSW environments.
• Provide operational expertise during project planning, design, commissioning and readiness activities.
