Job summary

Sydney Metro is seeking a highly organized professional to lead operational projects within complex environments. • Demonstrated experience in business process mapping and continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of railway, metro or public transport systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse information and develop customer-focused solutions.
• Strong planning, organisational and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects and continuous improvement to enhance network performance across metro lines.
• Coordinate interfaces across railway and public transport systems to support project delivery.
• Prepare reports, briefings and recommendations for senior leaders and governance forums.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational requirements and resolve issues.
• Support integration of customer information and operational systems with Transport for NSW environments.
• Provide operational expertise during planning, design, commissioning and readiness activities.
• Capture and promote lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships across Sydney Metro, Transport for NSW and industry stakeholders.
