Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Manager Engineering for a temporary opportunity in Sydney. You will provide specialist civil and structural engineering leadership across Sydney Metro West and related packages, supporting design and construction from tender through to commissioning.

You are an experienced engineer with 10+ years delivering major rail or complex transport projects, capable of working with contractors, designers and delivery teams while influencing outcomes and operating

Qualifications

Degree-qualified engineer with 10+ years' experience delivering major rail or complex transport projects.
Strong civil and structural engineering expertise.
Experience working with contractors, designers and delivery teams in large multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

Provide civil and structural engineering leadership across station and rail infrastructure packages.
Review design and construction methodologies, staging and technical solutions.
Collaborate with package leads, implementation teams and major contractors to resolve complex engineering issues.
Support delivery through design, construction, testing and commissioning phases.
