Job summary

Pickles Auctions in Melbourne’s Tullamarine area is seeking an Operations Officer/Gate Operator for a permanent, full-time role. Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm, based at VIC 3043, with duties from asset cataloguing to gatehouse operations and buyer handovers.

You will ensure accurate stock handling, timely uploads, and cross-department collaboration while following WHS rules and supporting the team. Weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail is essential.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use an iPad.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime on weekends where required.

Responsibilities

• Catalogue assets – record details, note damage, photograph, and upload within set timeframes.
• Gatehouse Operations – coordinate and track vehicle arrivals, departures, and deliveries.
• Deliver great service – accurate stock handling and smooth buyer handover.

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm

Ready to take ownership of a role that keeps the day moving? Join our Operations Team in Tullamarine, VIC 3043 and play a key part in creating an organised, efficient experience from arrival through to handover.
