Job summary

Pickles Auctions is hiring for a position at our Bibra Lake (6163) branch. You’ll manage the gatehouse, coordinate asset arrivals and departures, and greet customers and tow truck drivers with a friendly, professional touch.

We offer a permanent full-time role with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, at the Bibra Lake site. You’ll learn on the job with training and support from teammates, while following WHS policies and contributing to a smooth-day operation.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing asset movements.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using an iPad.
• Ability to meet deadlines while delivering quality work.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekend overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and record asset departures and deliveries at the gatehouse.
• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers and tow truck drivers.
• Learn the role with hands-on training and support from teammates.
• Follow WHS policies and procedures to keep everyone safe.
• Collaborate with branch departments to keep the day running smoothly.

What you’ll get stuck into:

• Keep the gatehouse running smoothly by coordinating, monitoring and recording asset departures and deliveries
• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers and tow truck drivers delivering and collecting assets
• Learn the role with hands‑on training and support from your teammates, giving you the skills and confidence to achieve great results for our customers, vendors and the wider branch team.
• Help keep everyone safe by following all WHS policies and procedures
• Team up with departments across the branch to keep the day running like clockwork
