Job summary

Pickles Auctions in Melbourne's Tullamarine is seeking a proactive Operations team member to keep daily processes moving from arrival to handover.

You will catalogue assets, coordinate vehicle movements, deliver excellent service, and support the team while adhering to WHS rules. The role is permanent full-time with Monday–Friday shifts and occasional weekend overtime.

• High attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills / ability to use an iPad.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work occasional overtime on weekends.

• Gatehouse operations: coordinate and track vehicle arrivals and departures.

What you will do:

• Catalogue assets - record details, note damage, photograph, and upload within set timeframes.
• Gatehouse Operations - Coordinate and track vehicle arrivals, departures, and deliveries.
• Deliver great service - accurate stock handling and smooth buyer handover.
• Team support - help out where needed.
• Collaborate across departments - keep branch operations running seamlessly.
• Follow WHS rules - keep safety top priority.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

• High attention to detail
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required.
