Job summary

Pickles Auctions is seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our Dubbo operations team. This hands-on, not-behind-a-desk role is permanent and full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm).

You will detail vehicles, remove plates, photograph assets, and ensure smooth stock handling as part of delivering excellent customer service. The right candidate is adaptable, organised, and a clear communicator who can learn our software quickly.

Qualifications

• Able to concentrate on the more important priorities.

• A valid forklift licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make every asset shine - detail vehicles inside and out for a polished finish.
• Remove plates and registration stickers safely - following company procedures.
• Frame it, snap it, upload it - photograph assets and upload to our auction system quickly and accurately.
• Deliver great service - accurate stock handling and smooth buyer handover.
• Team support - help out where needed.
• Collaborate across departments - keep branch operations running seamlessly.
• Follow WHS rules - keep safety top priority.

Have a passion for cars, trucks, and machinery? Join our Operations Team at Dubbo, NSW 2830! Full-time, Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm). We need a reliable, customer-focused quick learner. Hands‑on role, permanent position, on the go, not behind a desk.
