Bellevue Group Australasia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehousing and distribution across our network. You will oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, optimise stock control, and drive safety and efficiency.
The role requires a hands-on leader with forklift experience (Bendi), at least five years in warehouse/logistics, strong communication, and a passion for continuous improvement and customer service.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams and driving operational performance.
Current Forklift Licence with Bendi forklift experience essential.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and WHS compliance.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example.
Experience managing multi-site warehouse operations (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and customer service.
Lead and oversee all warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately within agreed service levels and delivery timeframes.
Manage and coordinate inbound freight, ensuring all incoming goods are received, checked, and processed efficiently.
Supervise inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, stock accuracy, cycle counting, and warehouse organisation.
Monitor daily operational performance and provide regular reporting on productivity, service levels, safety, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Drive operational excellence by establishing and achieving warehouse objectives aligned with company goals and customer expectations.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to maximise performance, accountability, and engagement.
Oversee the safe operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment, machinery, and company assets.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimise warehouse efficiency.
Manage labour resources effectively to meet operational demands while controlling costs and minimising overtime.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer service across all warehouse operations.
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain and customer outcomes.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, presentation, and organisation throughout the warehouse facility.
Support strategic business initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the organisation.
