Job summary

Bellevue Group Australasia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehousing and distribution across our network. You will oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, optimise stock control, and drive safety and efficiency.

The role requires a hands-on leader with forklift experience (Bendi), at least five years in warehouse/logistics, strong communication, and a passion for continuous improvement and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven leadership in managing warehouse teams.
• Current Forklift Licence with Bendi forklift experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and WHS compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
• Hands-on leadership style; lead by example.
• Experience managing multi-site warehouse operations (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all warehouse operations for safe, efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within service levels.
• Coordinate inbound freight and ensure goods are received and processed efficiently.
• Supervise inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and organisation.
• Monitor daily performance and report on KPIs, safety and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff to maximise performance and engagement.
• Oversee safe operation and maintenance of equipment and assets.
• Ensure WHS policies and best practices are followed across all sites.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement and Logistics teams.
