MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a leading funeral and memorial services provider to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a beautiful memorial park and support a dedicated team.

This is a Monday–Friday role with no evening or weekend work, focusing on presenting the site beautifully, achieving operational excellence, and delivering a respectful, welcoming environment for families and the local community.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations, people, facilities and presentation of the memorial site.
• Ensure families receive an exceptional level of care and service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational excellence and a welcoming environment.
