Job summary

InvoCare is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our operations team at a park on the Gold Coast. You will report to the Park Manager and oversee park, burial and cremation services to the community, ensuring quality and compassionate customer service.

A typical day includes organizing daily workflow, coordinating maintenance, gardening, and supporting teams to meet financial targets while upholding safety and compliance standards.

InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing.

About you:

You are an experienced supervisor with a background in leading teams to deliver operational excellence and customer service. You are highly organised and have meticulous attention to detail. You may have led teams in either direct customer service delivery industries such as retail or in facilities or construction.Further you will also:

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to gather information and maintain data and information integrity
• Be adept at identifying and resolving issues and problems
• Have a current unrestricted drivers license

About the role:

You will report to the Park Manager and be responsible for supervising the operations team in providing park, burial and cremation services to the community.

A typical day in this role will have you organizing and assisting with the daily workflow for the team completing park maintenance, customer service, gardening and capital works. This is a very hands-on role and you will also be expected to support the teams and contribute in achieving financial targets.
