Job summary

Building Services Recruitment Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Electrical, HVAC & Trades division in a multi-location South Australian service business. The role carries full P&L responsibility across service operations and installation/project teams to drive revenue growth and customer outcomes.

You will coach leaders, optimise profitability, manage pricing discipline, and ensure safety and quality standards while using data to inform strategic decisions.

The Role

This is a senior operational leadership opportunity with full P&L responsibility across the Electrical, HVAC and broader Trades division. You will oversee both service operations and installation/project teams, driving commercial performance, sustainable revenue growth and a high-accountability culture.

Key responsibilities include:
