This is an Adelaide based position with team collaboration a high priority.

The Position:

Leading a team of technicians, the Electrical Operations Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating service operations to ensure customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and overall success of the service department. The role will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain high-quality standards, order required service parts, monitor and maintain sufficient inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a hybrid position with field work to assist and train field staff when required. A commercially understanding team player is required. The ideal applicant may be working in a similar role or an enthusiastic tradesperson with experience looking for the next step.
