Charter Yachts Australia is a boutique Bareboat Company located at Coral Sea Marina who offer bucket list Skipper Yourself Charters around the Whitsundays. We are seeking a highly motivated qualified person to join our team who pride themselves with exceptional customer service and delivering holidays of a lifetime to all our guests.

The successful applicant will manage Operations, Maintenance and Detailing, including scheduling, rostering, and additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the marine tourism sector preferred.
• Appropriate marine qualifications.
• Familiar with current marine regulatory requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Knowledge of vessel maintenance and presentation.
• Ability to brief guests on charter vessel and safety.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all maintenance and repairs for the fleet.
• Day-to-day management and rostering of staff.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

We are seeking a highly motivated qualified person to join our team who pride themselves with

exceptional customer service & delivering holidays of a lifetime to all our guests.

The successful applicant needs to ensure the efficient and professional management of the Operations, Maintenance and Detailing departments, including:

• scheduling of all maintenance and repairs to our fleet
• day‐to‐day management and rostering of staff
• any other duties as required by management

You will also be required to work weekends, school holidays & some public holidays.

Must have:

• Previous experience in the Marine Tourism Sector preferred
• Appropriate Marine Qualifications
• Familiar with current Marine Regulatory requirements
• Strong commitment and focus on safety
• Sound knowledge of maintenance of vessels both mechanically & presentation
• Be able to brief guests prior to charter on the vessel, charter area & safety aspects
• Have clear Communication and above average Computer Skills.
