Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in high-end hospitality or luxury maritime charters.
• Strong leadership, inventory control, and supplier coordination skills.

Hospitality Coordinator | Luxury Yacht Charters Kogan People Solutions is working with a leading luxury yacht charter operator on Sydney Harbour. The business provides high-end private, corporate and VIP charters, with a strong focus on personalised guest service, onboard hospitality and quality dining experiences.

• Tenure: Full-Time and ongoing
• Salary - offered in the range $80k to $85k plus superannuation per annum

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Coordinator to manage onboard hospitality operations, lead stewarding teams, coordinate suppliers and maintain consistently high service standards across each charter.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control onboard hospitality operations for private, corporate, and VIP yacht charters.
• Plan all guest service requirements and ensure vessels, guest areas, and hospitality facilities are prepared to required luxury standards.
• Supervise and allocate duties to hospitality and stewarding staff.
• Conduct pre-charter briefings, monitor performance and service delivery, and provide ongoing guidance and training to maintain consistent service standards.
• Manage charter hospitality requirements directly with clients and external suppliers.
• Oversee catering, beverages, dietary needs, guest amenities, and special requests and coordinate caterers, providores, florists, and external service providers.
• Control hospitality stock, provisioning, and service resources.
• Monitor food, beverage, and amenity levels, arrange purchasing and replenishment, reconcile post-charter inventory, and maintain control over hospitality expenditure.
• Monitor and maintain overall hospitality standards, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to food handling and workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols, resolve operational issues, and work alongside vessel masters and crew to integrate hospitality services with safe yacht operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline (or agreed equivalent).
• Proven experience, of at least one year, specifically managing high-end hospitality, VIP events, or luxury maritime charter operations.
• Strong leadership, inventory control, and supplier coordination skills
• Polished communication and presentation skills
