Job summary

Better Medical in Australia seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead nine General Practice clinics across Victoria. You will drive operational excellence, improve commercial performance, and shape the future of primary healthcare.

Reporting to the Head of Practice Management, you will develop Practice Managers, manage stakeholder relationships, and balance business performance with high-quality patient care. This is a hybrid role offering autonomy and strategic influence.

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead nine General Practice clinics across Victoria, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and strategic growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Practice Management, you'll lead and develop Practice Managers, improve business performance and drive initiatives that shape the future of primary healthcare.

You'll inherit a portfolio with significant potential, giving you the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements, strengthen performance and contribute directly to Better Medical's broader growth strategy.

About You

You're a commercially astute and influential leader who thrives on improving performance, developing high performing teams and leading change across multiple sites.

You'll bring strong multi site leadership experience, commercial and financial acumen, a track record of operational improvement, and the ability to navigate complexity, build trusted stakeholder relationships and balance business performance with quality patient care.

Experience in healthcare or a similar service based environment is highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in Business or Health Management are desirable.
