Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similarly complex operational environment.
• Strong working knowledge of WHS, HACCP, GMP, and compliance-driven training frameworks.
• Confident communicator who can engage, influence, and build credibility at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of operational learning programs.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and compliance training according to regulatory requirements.
• Manage and coach a team of Workplace Trainers and Assessors.
