Job summary

Andrews Meat Industries is seeking a People & Performance Business Partner to drive people strategy and capability across our manufacturing divisions. You will partner with operational leaders to provide strategic HR support, including workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.

Reporting to the Head of People & Performance, you will lead recruitment, engagement, and leadership development while maintaining a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline is preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in a HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong employee and industrial relations experience and award interpretation.
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
• Solutions-focused with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide coaching on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Support award interpretation for key stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions and support talent development.
• Drive engagement initiatives and foster a high-performing workplace culture.
• Collaborate with teams to support health, safety and wellbeing outcomes.
• Use people data and insights to support informed decision-making.
