Andrews Meat in Sydney, within the Cooked Foods division, is seeking motivated Process Workers for permanent and casual roles. Responsibilities include packing, sorting, assembly, and operating cooking equipment in a fast-paced, team-based setting.

Andrews Meat comprises three key divisions: Food Service, Value Added (Cooked), and Export. Across these divisions, we supply to all areas of the foodservice sector including restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs, hotels, and resort groups. We also support industries such as health and aged care, education, aviation, and sporting venues.
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Process Workers to join our Cooked Foods division. We have 1 Permanent and 1 Casual position available to support our growing operation during a busy production period.

Shift Time:
6:00am – 2:00pm (Monday – Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general process work duties such as packing, sorting, and assembly
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Work efficiently to meet production targets
Set up, operate and monitor cooking equipment (kettles, cookers)
Follow cooking processes to ensure high-quality product output
Conduct routine machinery inspections and report issues to the Supervisor
Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards
Carry out repetitive lifting and packing tasks as required
Requirements:
Availability to work Monday to Friday, up to 38 hours per week
Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive manual tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Willingness to work in hot or cold environments
