Responsibilities

• Support the Team Manager (Stock Control) with daily operations, time management, and opening/closing duties.
• Mentor Client Advisors and onboard newcomers through coaching and buddy programmes.
• Maintain impeccable stock room organisation from shipment arrivals to replenishment and packaging.
• Manage delivery operations, MySR orders, courier bookings, and MyPR requests precisely.
• Uphold stock accuracy standards across reservations, deposits, RMS locations, defective items, and specialised stock processes.
• Provide seamless client-floor support including stock collection, replenishment, and gift wrapping.
• Act as back-up for CITES applications, repair shipments, DF claims, and Auckland warehouse correspondence.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and champion best practices.
