Job summary

Bureau Recruitment's Perth-based client, a founder-led trade and wholesale manufacturer, is expanding its consumer sales with a new online store and seeks an operations leader to own the day-to-day.

You will lead a team of about 15, report to the two founders, and take increasing ownership as the business scales. It’s a hands-on role that blends production, dispatch, and customer service with a focus on growth and exemplary customer experience.
