Retailworld Resourcing is partnering with a global premium brand to appoint a Retail Operations & Business Development Executive in Australia. The role combines multi-site retail leadership with driving commercial performance and developing a new B2B revenue channel across the network.

You will lead Store Managers, own operational and financial performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership experience across retail networks.
• Strong commercial and numerical capability.
• Experience driving sales and improving business performance.

Responsibilities
