Job summary

Vitali Care, based from Indooroopilly, Brisbane, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead NDIS SIL and DVA veterans’ home care operations. You will report to the CEO and oversee Service Delivery Managers and their teams to ensure safe, reliable care for clients with complex needs living at home.

You’ll drive growth while upholding high standards of compliance, client satisfaction and staff well-being, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in a dynamic, values-led organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DVA or NDIS sectors (ideally both).
• Proven ability to translate Board/CEO decisions into practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead NDIS SIL and DVA veterans' home care and nursing operations.
• Report to the CEO and manage the Service Delivery Managers and their teams.
• Maintain compliance, client satisfaction and staff engagement across shifts.
