Job summary

Vitali Care, based from Indooroopilly, Brisbane, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead NDIS SIL and DVA veterans’ home care operations. You will report to the CEO and oversee Service Delivery Managers and their teams to ensure safe, reliable care for clients with complex needs living at home.

You’ll drive growth while upholding high standards of compliance, client satisfaction and staff well-being, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in a dynamic, values-led organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DVA or NDIS sectors (ideally both).

Pay: $124,745 - $129,985 + 12% super (SCHADS Level 7.1) + Performance & Effectiveness Bonus

Short description: From our head office in Indooroopilly, you will lead Vitali Care's NDIS (mostly SIL) and DVA veterans' home care and nursing operations. Report to the CEO and manage the operations of your reporting Service Delivery Managers and their teams. Our clients are people with complex disability support needs living in SIL or SIL/SDA homes, and veterans who want to stay safe and well with our support as they live independently at home. When operations run well, shifts are covered by familiar faces, incidents are handled properly, and families and veterans trust us. Your job is to ensure we continue to provide great support to the people we serve reliably every day and night of the week.

The right person for this role will have a positive managerial framework that is both humanistic and grounded in accountability. You will have demonstrated leadership experience successfully managing either DVA or NDIS (ideally both) with positive and sustainable growth while maintaining standards in compliance, client satisfaction and staff satisfaction. This role is not for someone that wants to sit in an office, push paper, and do the same thing day after day. You will need to bring your dynamic thinking and positive problem-solving skills as we all work together to shape the future of this youthful yet vibrant company as it grows across the two distinctly different service sectors of NDIS disability support (mostly SIL), alongside DVA Veterans' Home Care and Community Nursing. Your efforts will be central to the ongoing success of Vitali Care.
