Job summary

people2people is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee logistics, warehousing, customer service, technical services and facilities across a well-established global organisation. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive growth, improve efficiency and enhance customer outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ops across logistics, warehousing, distribution and customer support.
• Proven track record of improving processes, efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Strong data and reporting focus to drive performance.
• Experience developing KPIs and operational metrics.
• Collaborative leadership and a proven ability to build, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP will be highly regarded.
