Job summary

Frog Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a newly created role within a well-established global organisation. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee logistics, warehousing, customer service, technical services and facilities to drive growth and improvements.

You will balance strategy with execution, using data and insights to inform decisions, lead continuous improvement and develop high-performing teams while collaborating with leaders across the business

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational functions across logistics, warehousing and customer support.
• Strong data, reporting and KPI development skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is highly regarded.
