PFD Food Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead warehouse and transport operations, ensuring the branch runs safely, efficiently, and delivers great outcomes for customers. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, support your people, and help position the branch for future growth with a focus on safety, HACCP, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, transport, and inventory operations.
• Ensure labour, stock, and fleet resources are planned effectively.
• Drive safety, compliance, HACCP, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across operations, transport, and customer-facing teams.
• Coach, develop, and support your team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
