Responsibilities

• Workforce planning and leadership of managers, with performance management, recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Oversee operational budgets, management reporting, supplier arrangements and cost control.
• Drive process mapping, workflow redesign and delivery of improvement projects.
• Manage client-service performance, including turnaround times, complaints and service recovery.
