Renova Talent in Australia is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive day-to-day service delivery, performance, quality and scalable operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and own accountability for service standards, processes and escalation pathways.

You bring 8-10+ years in operations or financial services operations, with experience across banking, payments or fintech environments.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, case management or financial services operations, including demonstrated people leadership.
• Experience across banking, payments, fintech, complaints, disputes or regulated environments will be highly regarded.
