MedHealth is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Operations Leader to manage day-to-day service delivery across key teams. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will use operational data, workforce planning and reporting insights to drive improvements and business outcomes.

You will lead Customer Service, Administration and Reception teams; monitor performance, manage capacity, and champion AI-driven transformation to enhance the experiences of our customers, clients, and doctors.

Formación

• 5+ years in IME, healthcare operations or service delivery leadership.
• Proven experience leading operational teams and driving performance outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience using operational reporting and metrics to improve performance.
• Experience leading change management and technology adoption programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional coaching and people leadership capability.
• Ability to identify risks and deliver sustainable solutions.
