Job summary

Coviu, Australia’s remote-first healthtech platform, is seeking a Head of Operations to own how the business runs. You’ll set rhythm, ensure priorities land, and lead People & Culture plus the security and compliance programme.

Daily you’ll design operating cadences, drive alignment, and build dashboards for leaders. You’ll bring 6+ years in operations at scaling tech or healthtech, a structured, data-driven approach, and the ability to mentor others while advancing AI-enabled automation and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in operations, business operations, strategy or a similar role at a scaling tech or healthtech company.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven approach to break problems into parts and act on data.
• Confidence building analyses and dashboards in spreadsheets, BI tools, and CRM data.
• Track record of running operating cadences and ensuring ownership across leadership.
• Experience leading or developing at least one person.
• Bonus: experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 and familiarity with Australian Privacy Principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and run our operating cadence, from business reviews and leadership meetings to goal-setting and company updates.
• Make sure decisions stick and commitments get followed through.
• Act as an early-warning system and drive resolution when goals or metrics slip.
• Build dashboards and reporting used by leaders to run their areas.
• Own processes and systems, including vendors, contracts, and internal tools, and automate to improve speed and reliability.
• Lead strategic projects end to end for the CEO, such as go-to-market plan reviews or major process redesigns.
• Lead and grow People & Culture, manage the people calendar, and support org design as we scale.
• Own compliance with standards and legislation such as ISO 27001 and the Privacy Act, maintaining audit readiness.
