Job summary

ClearView Wealth, now part of Zurich, is seeking a Risk Manager to lead incident management for the Operations business. You will drive root-cause analysis, action plans, and closure by target dates, while reporting progress to leadership and mentoring staff on policy and process.

The role supports regulatory compliance, risk controls, and continuous improvements in incident management, with a focus on Life Insurance risk topics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• RG146 compliant - mandatory.
• Prior experience in a Risk or Compliance role.
• Knowledge of Life Insurance product.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework for Life Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end incident management process for the Operations business.
• Triage of new incidents with stakeholders to identify root cause and required action plans.
• Ensure actions are completed by due date and incidents closed by target dates.
• Lead complex incidents, including cross-team collaboration for resolution.
• Provide incident management reporting to leaders to improve visibility.
• Educate and support Operations staff on incident management policy and process.
