Job summary

ClearView Wealth Limited, now part of Zurich, is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to run the Policy Maintenance team. You will drive service excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement across regulatory frameworks, with up to 12 direct reports.

The role offers a hybrid arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) and exposure to global opportunities within Zurich. Strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' leadership experience in an operational environment in life insurance (ideally).
• RG146 accreditation desirable or ability to obtain.
• Solid understanding of the Life Insurance Code of Practice and regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Policy Maintenance team to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
• Manage team performance against operational metrics including productivity, quality and compliance.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and align priorities across Operations.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance activities to meet regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop team members to support engagement and retention.
• Provide leadership across projects, regulatory changes, and continuous improvement programs.
• Maintain Policy Maintenance Hub with accurate, current documentation.
