ClearView Wealth, now part of Zurich Australia, is seeking an Operations Consultant (Policy Maintenance Administrator) to manage policy alteration requests for life insurance products. The role combines processing, customer and adviser inquiries, and general office tasks in a hybrid Sydney environment.

Qualifications

• Prior Administration experience, preferably in Financial Services/Insurance.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process policy alteration requests for Inforce Policies.
• Respond to adviser and customer queries in writing or by phone.
• Meet service standards and quality objectives.
• Support Rollovers team when needed.
• Filing and scanning documents.
• Handle banking tasks.
• Provide general office administration.
