Job summary

SDA Global Group in Crestmead, Brisbane is seeking an experienced Operations & Business Growth Manager to oversee daily operations, strengthen service delivery and drive growth. The role reports to the Directors and offers potential progression to General Manager based on performance and organisational growth.

The position requires strong NDIS knowledge, leadership and financial management, with responsibilities including workforce planning, budgeting and improving service profitability

We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations, strengthen service delivery and drive sustainable growth.

Reporting To The Directors, You Will

• Lead daily operations, workforce planning and team performance.
• Manage budgets, service profitability and operational improvements.
• Oversee NDIS compliance, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Work alongside our relationship development team to convert referrals into quality services.
• Support business growth, including SIL and ILO expansion.

About You

• At least five years’ operations management experience.
• Strong NDIS knowledge, including compliance and safeguarding.
• Proven leadership, financial management and business growth capability.
• A practical approach and strong stakeholder relationships.
