Qualifications

• No specific policy or communications degree is required; practical intelligence and adaptable tech skills are valued.
• Comfortable navigating Microsoft 365, managing SharePoint sites and surveys, and using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for daily operations, administrative workflow coordination, and executive support.
• Drive onboarding processes including IT setup, access provisioning, and welcome packs.
• Build, roll out, and analyze internal surveys using SharePoint and Excel to track metrics.
• Assist with policy updates, meeting coordination, and basic compliance tracking across business units.
