Job summary

NW Group in Sydney is seeking an organised Crew & Logistics Co-ordinator to support live events across NSW. You will coordinate crew, transport and on-site logistics, ensuring the right people and resources are in place for seamless delivery.

Experience coordinating people, logistics or operations is important. Knowledge of RentalPoint or similar rostering software is highly regarded, and training will be provided for the right person.

Operations – Crew & Logistics Coordinator (Live Events)

Are you an organised, people-focused coordinator who enjoys solving logistical challenges and helping great events run smoothly?

NW Group is one of Australasia’s leading providers of full-service live production. We’re looking for an experienced Crew & Logistics Coordinator to join our NSW Operations team and support the delivery of live events across the state.

About the role

You’ll coordinate crew, transport and event logistics across multiple projects, working closely with our Operations team and other departments. You’ll help make sure the right people and resources are in place, requirements are met, and events are delivered safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do

Coordinate daily crew scheduling and rostering for live events.

Organise transport and event-related movements.

Support logistics planning and delivery across multiple projects.

Promote safe work practices and support WHS compliance.

Build strong working relationships with full-time and casual crew.

Help recruit and grow our crew base, promoting NW Group as an employer of choice.

About you

You’ll bring strong organisation and communication skills, sound judgement and a practical approach to problem-solving. You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and working collaboratively with people across different teams.

Experience coordinating people, logistics or operations is important. Experience in live events, technical production or entertainment would be an advantage, as would a solid understanding of logistics and operational planning.

Experience with RentalPoint, Personnel Manager or similar rental management and rostering software is highly regarded. Training will be provided for the right person.
