Job summary

JB Hi-Fi is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Australia to support back-of-house efficiency, profitability, and service quality. You will prioritise tasks, manage stock flow, and handle inbound/outbound goods while ensuring compliance and safety across the team.

Qualifications

• Oversee stock flow, inbound goods, returns, transfers, and invoicing processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints while ensuring safety and compliance.
