Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Limited is looking for a Home Coordinator to lead the Home Department, ensuring a seamless customer experience across in-store and online channels. You will coordinate with the sales team, uphold safety standards, and drive sales and profitability for the department.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment with hybrid working options for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere.
• Proven retail experience and broad knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods.
• Proven customer service experience with cash handling and EFTPOS familiarity.
• Ability to sell retail products and merchandise and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers.
• Ensuring all Home Department activities meet compliance and safety standards, including incident reporting.
• Cross train, develop and support sales team members on Home Department products and services.
• Achievement of sales and profitability targets for the store.
