YMCA Victoria is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Baw Baw Outdoor Pools to help lead the Duty Manager and Lifeguard team, support recruitment and onboarding, and oversee training, rostering and timesheets. The position is full-time with an hourly rate up to $35.48 plus super, based in Warragul and surrounding centres.

As a Operations Coordinator at Baw Baw Outdoor Pools, you will assist in managment of the Duty Manager and Lifeguard Team. You will assist in recruitment and onboarding and support the Aquatics Safety Coordinator with employee training and development in addition to rostering and timesheets. You will ensure the daily operations of the facilities are in line with contractual requirements, quality systems and industry guidelines. You will manage Health & Safety, Risk and Environment with the support of the Aquatics Safety Coordinator. You will oversee all facility maintenance and strategic asset management including contractor relationships. You will develop and optimize facility hire opportunities and manage all associated budgets and reporting.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of up to $35.48 + super.
