As the Operations Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Future Students and Marketing program of work, managing project intakes, coordinating timelines and resources, maintaining delivery visibility, tracking risks, issues and dependencies and supporting regular planning and prioritisation forums.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will help embed consistent ways of working, improve transparency of workflow and support timely, high-quality delivery. We are looking for a proactive operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across teams, building strong stakeholder relationships and finding smarter ways of working.
