Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a Scheduling Services professional to coordinate academic and examination timetables, room bookings and events at our Hawthorn campus. You will work with schools, professional teams and partners to ensure accurate scheduling information is maintained across systems.

In this role, you’ll work with schools, professional teams and business partners to coordinate academic and exam timetables, room and facility bookings, events and invigilated examinations, while maintaining accurate scheduling information across relevant systems.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused team player who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and remain professional in a busy environment. Strong communication, problem-solving and digital skills are essential, with experience using Syllabus Plus, Exam Scheduler, Student One or similar systems highly regarded.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team where flexibility, initiative and a commitment to delivering a responsive, student-focused service are valued.
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
A degree without subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in a related field.
