Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne invites applications for the StudentHQ Officer role at the Hawthorn campus. As the StudentHQ Officer, you will provide a high level of customer service and support to Swinburne students, staff and the broader community. As part of StudentHQ, the University's central student service point, you will deliver accurate advice and issue resolution across a broad range of student administration and library enquiries. Acting as an escalation point for complex matters, you will support the delivery of consistent, student-centred services through multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, email, live chat and social media. This role plays a key part in enhancing the student experience by ensuring timely, professional and effective support throughout the student lifecycle.
