Swinburne University Of Technology is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide operational, research administration and project support across the Centre for Social Impact Swinburne (CSIS) and the Centre for Inclusive Employment. As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll provide operational, research administration and project support across both Centres. Working closely with Centre Directors, Managers, the Operations Manager and research staff, you’ll support financial and reporting activities, research and contract administration, governance, compliance and other operational priorities.
This is a varied role where you’ll bring structure to a busy research environment, manage competing priorities and help ensure projects and Centre activities are delivered effectively.
Up to two positions are available, with full-time and part-time (0.6 FTE) options. These are fixed-term positions until 30 June 2028.
You’re an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working collaboratively, managing competing priorities and building positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You’ll be adaptable, collaborative and confident working in a dynamic research environment.
You’ll bring:
Completion of a bachelor’s degree with relevant executive administration experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
