Qualifications

  • Experience in operations or project administration.
  • Background in construction, transport, manufacturing or similar heavy industry.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a team-first approach.
  • Confidence working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance records are aligned with project requirements.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, job details and any follow-up to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager on asset and people utilisation, maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to supervisors and crews, ensuring effective communication across teams.
  • Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Assist finance team with any follow-up documentation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role supports day-to-day operations by ensuring our crew are compliant, and ready to work across multiple client sites. You’ll work closely with team leaders, subcontractors and project teams to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
