Beverley, Adelaide SA | Full-Time
Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coordinating people, managing competing priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks?
We're partnering with a well-established business within the trade services sector seeking an Operations & Administration Coordinator to join their Adelaide team. This is a key role supporting daily operations and acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, the sales team and internal stakeholders, ensuring jobs move efficiently from quote through to completion.
Offered initially as a 6-month temporary position, there is strong potential for extension or permanency for the right person.
This is a busy and varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for keeping jobs organised, supporting scheduling activities, coordinating communication between stakeholders and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
Success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised, manage multiple priorities and provide exceptional administrative support to a fast-moving operational team. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, enjoys being busy and takes pride in keeping things organised.
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds; however, you will ideally have:
Experience working with tradespeople, technicians, electricians or trade customers will be highly regarded. Specific systems experience is not essential. Above all, we're looking for someone with strong administrative fundamentals, a sense of urgency and the ability to coordinate people and priorities effectively.
Due to the collaborative nature of the role and the importance of learning the operation, the successful candidate will initially work 5 days per week in the office. Once established in the role and operating independently, a hybrid working arrangement may be explored.
If you're an organised administrator who enjoys supporting a busy team, coordinating multiple moving parts and making a genuine impact on day-to-day operations, we'd love to hear from you.
