Job summary

HS Outdoor Living Designs and builds outdoor living spaces for homeowners across Melbourne. This role focuses on financial administration, invoicing, client communication and operational reporting to support a busy residential construction pipeline.

You will work closely with management and report to the owner, gaining visibility across the business and contributing to growth. Strong organisation, attention to detail and systems proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, accounts, bookkeeping, construction or a trade-based business is a Must.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Experience with invoicing and accounts administration.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, CRM systems and business software.
• The ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and trades.
• A willingness to learn our systems and understand how our projects move from sale through to completion.

HS Outdoor Living is a growing Melbourne-based outdoor construction company specialising in pergolas, verandahs, patios, decks, carports and outdoor living projects. This is an important role within the business. You'll help keep the financial administration, client communication, operational reporting and day-to-day office processes running smoothly across a busy pipeline of residential construction projects. You'll work closely with management and report directly to the owner, giving you visibility across the business and an opportunity to become an important part of the company's continued growth.
