MyLiving Outdoors Pty in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead paving and retaining wall projects end-to-end from planning through to handover.

Based in Flinders Park, you will coordinate trades, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain high customer experience while driving momentum across all build stages.

This hands-on role requires decisive leadership, practical problem solving, and a strong commitment to quality outcomes.

• Coordinate installers, machine operators, trades, suppliers and deliveries
• Plan and sequence works including excavation, base prep, drainage, retaining and paving
• Liaise confidently with customers, supervisors and internal teams
• Manage variations, site challenges and customer requests efficiently
• Ensure projects are delivered to scope, timeframes and budgets
• Maintain clear documentation, work orders and system updates
• Identify risks early (site conditions, access, weather, materials) and drive solutions
• Oversee quality control to meet company standards

We design and deliver high-quality outdoor living solutions and manage the full journey, from planning and approvals through to installation and handover.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects within ourPaving and Retaining Wall division.

Based in our Flinders Park office, this is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys running projects end-to-end, keeping multiple jobs moving at once, and working confidently with trades, internal teams, and customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are well-planned, well-coordinated, remain on budget, and delivered on time, while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

This is not a passive or admin-only role, you will be expected to lead, make decisions, and keep momentum across all stages of the build.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple paving and retaining wall projects concurrently

Coordinate installers, machine operators, trades, suppliers, and deliveries

Plan and sequence works including excavation, base prep, drainage, retaining and paving

Liaise confidently with customers, supervisors, and internal teams

Manage variations, site challenges, and customer requests efficiently

Ensure projects are delivered to scope, timeframes, and budget expectations

Maintain clear documentation, work orders, and system updates

Identify risks early (site conditions, access, weather, materials) and drive solutions

Oversee quality control to ensure finished works meet company standards

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

We are looking for someone who is:

You will also ideally have:

Experience in paving, retaining walls, landscaping, or civil works

Strong understanding of site preparation, levels, drainage, and construction sequencing

Experience coordinating multiple trades and suppliers

Ability to manage budgets, variations, and job costs

Strong computer literacy and ability to work within systems/CRM

A strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality outcomes
